Tulong — Filipino for “to help.” Free legal aid for Filipino workers.

Why we exist

The law protects workers. We make sure it reaches them.

Tulong is committed to educating individuals and raising awareness about the Labor Code of the Philippines and the court processes that protect them.

Established in 2017 through collaboration with the ProLabor Legal Assistance Center (PLACE), Tulong has supported both local and migrant workers through disputes that most could never afford to fight alone.

We provide free legal advice and case support to workers experiencing labor-rights violations — from job termination and wage disputes to the non-receipt of government benefits and other financial claims.

“To help.”

That is what Tulong means in Filipino — and it is the whole of our mandate. Not to profit, not to posture, but to help a worker understand and claim what the law already promises them.

Access over affordability

Our story

Built alongside workers, one case at a time

Tulong grew from a simple conviction: that the protections written into the Labor Code mean little if working people can't reach them. Here is how the initiative has taken shape.

    Tulong is founded

    Established in partnership with the ProLabor Legal Assistance Center (PLACE) to bring legal aid within reach of ordinary workers.

  2. Since

    Standing with workers

    Over the years we have supported both local and migrant Filipino workers through disputes most could never afford to fight alone.

  3. 2025

    Formally registered

    Incorporated with the Securities and Exchange Commission, deepening our commitment to accessible labor justice.

  4. Today

    A worker-first mission
